The First United Nonprofit Lunch & Learn Seminar Series
On July 8, First United Bank, the Eastern WV Community Foundation, and the United Way of the Eastern Panhandle hosted a seminar featuring renowned Non-profit Consultants, Meg Kinghorn of Meg Kinghorn International and Jeff Feldman of Eagles’ View Enterprises. They covered a variety of topics, including strategies to make non-profit Board meetings, staff meetings, meetings with stakeholders effective, whether virtual or in-person. Some of our local non-profit organizations shared their experiences and received hands-on training with virtual meeting tools. Included is the recording of the seminar, along with the chat from the session, and the presentation that was shared during the seminar.

Meg Kinghorn
Meg Kinghorn has over 30 years of professional experience in NGO organizational development and network strengthening through overseas postings and short-term assignments in Africa, Asia, Pacific, and the Middle East. Meg has worked with US and international organizations, and the UN system in sectors ranging from health, education, human rights, environment, and disability advocacy. Currently and independent consultant, she is interested in now bringing her skills to non-profit organizations in West Virginia.
Jeff Feldman
Jeff Feldman has also been supporting leaders, teams and organizations in maximizing their effectiveness toward realizing their goals through a blend of leadership & team development training, group process & planning facilitation, and executive-level coaching services for over 30 years. Jeff specializes in highly interactive, experience-based learning, designing and delivering meaningful, creative and high-spirited leadership development and team building programs.
