Carmen Pennington, Regional Retail Manager at First United Bank & Trust, is pleased to announce the addition of Cristina Bolyard as the Community Office Manager for the WestRidge Community Office in Westover, WV.
Bolyard will lead the day-to-day operations of the local office, focusing on delivering excellent customer service, supporting the team, growing business relationships, and ensuring the office operates smoothly and in compliance with banking standards. Her role blends leadership, financial expertise, and a strong commitment to community involvement.

Bolyard comes to First United with previous experience as an Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager at another financial institution. In those roles, she worked closely with senior leadership to help develop new products and services that met local market needs, coordinated efforts across departments, and ensured clear communication to support daily operations. She also played a key role in growing loan portfolios by identifying new business opportunities and building lasting customer relationships.
She attended Fairmont State College, where she studied psychology and criminal justice, and brings a strong background in sales team leadership, operations management, teamwork, communication, and customer relationship development. Her experience also includes cash handling, goal setting, and building strong, collaborative teams.
