First United Bank & Trust is proud to announce that Erica Riley, Project Specialist, has successfully earned her Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) designation from the Project Management Institute, an internationally recognized credential demonstrating excellence in foundational project management skills.

The CAPM certification validates Riley’s ability to support and manage a wide range of projects using today’s leading methodologies, including predictive project management, agile principles, and essential business analysis techniques.

Riley has been part of the First United team for more than five years, serving in multiple customer‑focused and digital service roles, including Digital Banking Specialist, Customer Service Advisor, and Relationship Advisor. Her diverse background and strong understanding of internal systems uniquely position her to support and lead projects that drive efficiency and enhance customer experience.
