Achieving CISSP requires passing a rigorous exam that covers eight domains of information security, along with demonstrating years of hands-on experience in the field. This achievement demonstrates both deep cybersecurity expertise and the leadership capabilities required to safeguard organizations against evolving threats, while also paving the way for advancement into senior-level roles and strategic responsibilities

Savopoulos is a graduate of Frostburg State University and Garrett College, holding a bachelor’s in Secure Computing and Information Assurance, an associate degree in Cyber Security, and certifications from VMware and Microsoft. He lives in Oakland, MD, where he enjoys mountain biking, leading the Praise Team at Faith Church, volunteering at its Summer Sports Camp, and supporting the FIRST Robotics competition at the local community center.
