Alan Mullendore, Managing Director of Commercial Services at First United Bank & Trust, is proud to announce the addition of Mary Kate Mumper as Deposit Relationship Manager, based at the Hagerstown Emerald Square Community Office.
In her new role, Mumper will help grow First United’s business banking services throughout the region by working with local businesses to build strong relationships and bring in new deposits. She will also oversee the area’s merchant services referral program, which helps businesses set up payment processing. In addition, she’ll keep daily operations running smoothly by coordinating with her team and other departments.
Mumper brings a strong background in business development, consultative sales, financial analysis, lending, customer service, portfolio management, team leadership, and CRM system management. Her experience includes roles as a Community Office Manager, Relationship Banker, and Customer Service Representative, giving her a well‑rounded perspective on client services and operational excellence.
“Mary Kate brings a deep understanding of relationship banking and an impressive ability to connect with and support business clients,” Mullendore said. “Her leadership, experience, and energy will be tremendous assets as she steps into the Deposit Relationship Manager role.”
Her educational background includes Washington County Technical High School in Hagerstown, Maryland; the PA Bankers Association School of Banking; and the PA Bankers Association Advanced School of Banking in Pennsylvania.
