Amy Garner, Managing Director of Retail at First United Bank & Trust, is excited to announce the promotion of Jennifer Junkins to Assistant Community Office Manager at the Keyser office.
Junkins brings nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry, having served as a Relationship Advisor at First United for almost four years. Prior to that, she held a leadership role as Branch Manager at another financial institution for over 14 years, where she built strong client relationships and led high-performing teams.
As Assistant Community Office Manager, Junkins will oversee day-to-day branch operations, provide guidance and support to staff, and champion outstanding customer service. Her commitment to community involvement and financial empowerment will be instrumental in helping individuals and families achieve their goals and fostering long-term growth in the region.
“Jennifer brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for helping others, which makes her a natural fit for this role,” Garner said. “Her dedication to both customer service and team development will be a driving force in our continued success.”
Junkins and her husband recently celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary and are proud parents to two daughters, ages 16 and 14. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, crafting, co-leading a 4H troop, and volunteering through the bank whenever opportunities arise.
Junkins will be located at First United Bank & Trust’s Keyser office and can be reached at 304-788-2552 or jjunkins@MyBank.com
