Alan Mullendore, Managing Director of Commercial Services at First United Bank & Trust, is proud to announce the addition of Jesse Pendergraft as Commercial Relationship Manager, based at the Riverside Community Office.
In this role, Pendergraft will oversee both the sales and operations of the commercial lending function within the Frederick, MD, area. He will focus on helping local businesses grow by providing customized financial solutions, working to build strong relationships with business customers, and leading his team to deliver excellent service. Pendergraft will also keep in close contact with bank leadership and provide important updates and reports to ensure everything stays on track.

Pendergraft holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland, Largo, MD, and a Bachelor of Science from Stevenson University, Owings Mills, MD. His previous experience includes roles as Senior Small Business Relationship Manager, Senior Small Business Development Representative, and Business Banking Specialist, equipping him with expertise in community development, performance management, business development, strategic management, portfolio management, commercial lending, and partner relationships.
Beyond his professional achievements, Pendergraft is deeply committed to community service. He has volunteered with organizations such as the Wanda Alston Foundation, Food and Friends, Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Fund, and programs promoting financial literacy for at-risk youth and new professionals.
