As a security measure, My Bank Rewards user login accounts will become locked after two (2) consecutive months without logging in to the system. This security feature ONLY impacts users who specifically use a username and password combination to login to the Rewards system at Users who access their My Bank Rewards directly through any First United Internet Banking service will not be impacted by this security measure. Locked users may be able to regain access to your account again using the Forgot Username/Password option; or by calling Rewards Headquarters at 1-800-854-0790 to reconnect / reset your account.
