First United Bank & Trust presents Pace Enterprises in Morgantown, WV with their contribution to the Capital Campaign – “Vision 2025”. PACE helps people with disabilities find independence and community participation through gainful employment. PACE operates several businesses that employ people with disabilities and works with other businesses to find placement for workers.
This trust fund donation is one part of a three-step plan that PACE Enterprises has moving forward. The “ Vision 2025” campaign also includes extending the building to add more jobs for those with disabilities. The third step will include a housing development available for 12 independent individuals who also have disabilities.
- Carissa Rodeheaver, First United Bank & Trust CEO, President, and Board Chairman, commented, “Our associates have been community partners with PACE Enterprises for years. It just seems fitting that we continue our strong history of giving financially to this expansion and upgrades to facilities that truly serve our community!”
- Greg Morris, PACE Enterprises CEO, expressed his gratitude, stating, “First United has long stood as a partner with PACE in the provision of services to people with developmental disabilities. This campaign is the next phase in providing exceptional services for individuals with developmental disabilities. We appreciate their generous role in our current “Vision 2025” capital campaign.”
