They covered a variety of topics, including different types and functions of boards, board recruitment, and evolution strategies, and ideas for building an informed and effective board.

Meg Kinghorn
Meg Kinghorn has over 30 years of professional experience in NGO organizational development and network strengthening through overseas postings and short-term assignments in Africa, Asia, Pacific, and the Middle East. Meg has worked with US and international organizations, and the UN system in sectors ranging from health, education, human rights, environment, and disability advocacy. Currently and independent consultant, she is interested in now bringing her skills to non-profit organizations in West Virginia.
